Customer-facing engineer embedding with enterprise clients to deploy and adapt Dataplane in production environments.

Responsibilities

Work directly on-site or embedded with enterprise customers to deploy Dataplane
Adapt and extend the platform to meet specific client requirements
Debug production issues and optimize performance in live environments
Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements
Build trust as the technical face of Dataplane within client organizations

Ideal background

5+ years in software engineering with production system experience. Comfortable in ambiguous, customer-facing situations. Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
