Defines roadmap, works directly with customers, and balances platform and product needs.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and roadmap for Dataplane
Conduct customer discovery and translate needs into product requirements
Prioritize features balancing enterprise deals and platform scalability
Work closely with engineering to ship high-quality releases
Define and track product metrics that matter

Ideal background

5+ years in product management, ideally in enterprise SaaS or data tools. Experience working directly with technical customers. Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
